Executive Summary

Faith-Driven. Algorithmically Disciplined. Kingdom Purposed.

Faithful Servants Capital (FSC) is a Texas-registered nonprofit corporation operating a sophisticated algorithmic trading system designed to generate consistent returns through disciplined options premium capture. Every dollar of net profit is directed toward Christian ministries, church history education, and the advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

FSC does not seek to outperform a market index. Instead, it is built around a single, proven objective: generate consistent absolute returns regardless of market direction, then deploy those returns entirely for Kingdom purposes.

"Our mission is not to beat the market. Our mission is to fund the Great Commission."

Fund Classification

Systematic Absolute Return Fund with Adaptive Hedging Overlays

FSC operates as a Systematic Absolute Return Fund with Adaptive Hedging Overlays — a well-defined and respected institutional category. An absolute return fund is designed to generate positive returns regardless of whether markets are rising, falling, or moving sideways.

This is precisely the philosophy behind FSC’s core strategy: selling options premium through credit spreads collects income whether markets go up, down, or sideways — as long as they do not move violently beyond the defined strike boundaries.

THE INSTITUTIONAL CLASSIFICATION
FSC operates as a Systematic Absolute Return Fund with Adaptive Hedging Overlays — the same institutional category that firms like Winton Group and Man AHL built their early foundations upon before scaling into multi-billion dollar operations.

The Trading Engine

Five Layers of Adaptive Intelligence

FSC’s trading system is built on five adaptive intelligence layers that work together to identify, enter, manage, and exit options positions with institutional-grade discipline. The core strategy is the systematic sale of Bull Put Spreads and Bear Call Spreads on highly liquid ETFs across a 29-symbol universe.

Target Universe
29 ETFs across Broad Market, Sector, Fixed Income, Commodities, and International categories
DTE Window
21–45 days to expiration for optimal theta decay capture and risk management
Risk Per Trade
2% buying power per trade · Max 3 positions · Hard 2.0x credit stop loss
AAS LAYER 1
Rule-Based Strategy Selection
Monitors VIX level and IV Rank every 5 minutes during market hours. Automatically selects from four strategy modes — Trend Only, Combined, IV Priority, and Score Only — based on current market regime. Eliminates emotional decision-making entirely.
AAS LAYER 2
Market Intelligence Scoring
Scores each symbol across six technical dimensions: EMA trend (20%), RSI momentum (15%), IV Rank (30%), Bollinger Band position (10%), MACD signal (15%), and Fibonacci levels (10%). Only symbols meeting minimum confidence thresholds receive entry approval.
AAS LAYER 3
Performance Feedback Loop
Tracks historical win/loss rates per symbol and strategy combination. Automatically adjusts confidence thresholds and position sizing based on recent performance. The system learns from its own trading history and improves over time.
AAS LAYER 4 — CALLSIGN: 2 TIMOTHY 4:7-8
Dynamic Profit & Delta Optimization
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” The cash crop of the system. Dynamically adjusts both the profit take threshold and the strike delta every cycle based on current VIX and IV Rank.
DYNAMIC SYMBOL ROTATION (DSR)
Morning IV Rank Universe Scan
Each morning at 8:30 AM CT, FSC’s DSR engine scans all 29 ETFs and calculates true IV Rank using 52-week historical volatility ranges. The top 10 ETFs by IV Rank automatically become the active watchlist. DSR Phase 3 adds Earnings IV Harvesting.

Risk Management

Multi-Layer Capital Protection Framework

FSC operates a multi-layer risk management framework designed to protect capital under all market conditions. Risk management is not an afterthought — it is the foundation upon which every trade is built.

VIX Circuit Breaker
All new entries automatically halted when VIX exceeds 30.0. Existing positions continue to be monitored and managed.
Hard Stop Loss
Every position carries a 2.0x credit stop loss that cannot be overridden. Positions are closed immediately when triggered.
Position Limits
Maximum 3 concurrent open spread positions. Maximum 10 contracts per trade. Buying power capped at 2% per trade.
PDT Protection
Pattern Day Trader rules are actively monitored. Day trade count is tracked and entries are blocked approaching the 3-trade limit.
Pre-Flight Liquidation
On every system startup, unexpected positions not recognized by the trading system are automatically liquidated before any new activity.
Correlation Awareness
DSR rotation naturally diversifies across asset classes — Broad Market, Sector, Fixed Income, Commodities, and International ETFs.

Kingdom Impact

Every Dollar Serves the Great Commission

Faithful Servants Capital was founded on a single conviction: that financial markets can be used as a tool for advancing the Kingdom of God. Every algorithmic trade, every premium collected, every dollar of profit — all of it flows toward supporting the work of Christian ministries around the world.

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven.”

Malachi 3:10
Gospel Outreach
Supporting Christian evangelism and gospel outreach organizations carrying the message of salvation to every nation.
Church History Education
Funding scholarship and accessible resources connecting believers to the rich heritage of faith across the centuries.
Missionary Support
Supporting missionaries and international gospel work that carries the Great Commission to the ends of the earth.
GOVERNANCE — NO PRIVATE BENEFIT
FSC’s Certificate of Formation and Bylaws explicitly state that no part of the net earnings shall inure to the benefit of its members, directors, officers, or other private persons. Upon dissolution, all assets are distributed for 501(c)(3)-qualifying purposes. This is a fund that generates returns for the Kingdom.
